1) You entice visitors to your site to leave an email address as an opt-in option, to abide by the UK and other laws.

2) These addresses are then kept as part of your sites database.

3) As your site can have pages added to it when you want, you simply add on a new page, create graphics say for a newsletter, special offer, invitation, product launch or latest information etc. Once the page is created it is ready for mailing.
